Temporary-Permanent Conversion

You may hire a temporary for permanent employment by either: paying an appropriate fee; buying out the remaining hours to complete 240 hours, whereby an appropriate fee will be billed; or the buyout will be waived if a temporary remains on Durkee's payroll for a consecutive three month period.

Insurance Protection and Wages Provided

Durkee pays all wages and required taxes, Workers' Compensation and Comprehensive General Liability insurance.
